OVERVIEW Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@charliesrocket.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and Refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

  1. Items must be unused and in their original packaging – We only accept returns for items that are in the same condition as when you received them.
  2. Proof of purchase is required – Please provide your receipt, order number, or any relevant purchase confirmation when initiating a return.

Steps to Return an Item Refunds

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your return request. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item Back: Once your return is approved, ship the item back using the provided shipping label or arrange for your preferred shipping method.
  3. Receive a Refund: After we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our policy, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during your purchase. Once the return is approved and processed, the funds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Exceptions

  • Non-refundable items: Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, such as perishable goods, digital products, or custom-made items. Please check product descriptions for details on exceptions.
  • Partial refunds: If an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it. Contact our customer service team within 30 days, and we will provide instructions on how to exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
